The Surge Counter is connected under the arrester in serial, it is used for recording the leakage current operating times of 6KV -220KV lightning arrester. The environment condition shall meet the requirement of the arrester, for example, the attitude doesn’t exceed 4000m, the environment temperature doesn’t exceed ±40 Centigrade, the counter can’t be put in the place have serious pollution and drastic vibration.
